Shipping policy

Handling Time: 1-2 Working Days - We usually fulfil orders placed before 12 noon on the same working day. 

We offer FREE shipping on all UK order over £30. We used tracked services from reliable shipping companies with a usual delivery time period of 2-3 working days after despatch. (Please note that due to the pandemic, certain deliveries might take longer.)

You will be informed once your order has been despatched and a tracking number for your shipment is available.

 

Rates and service availability are calculated at checkout.

 

For Europe, we service the following countries through DPD Classic or Royal Mail Tracked:

Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain - Transit time 2-5 days
