We will begin by examining the history of Arabica coffee and will discuss how cup profiles can vary depending on Origin, Altitude, Processing method and Roasting style.
We will then introduce and explain concepts such as Extraction and Brew Strength by demonstrating the art and science of Filter coffee brewing.
Armed with this knowledge, we then move on to the exciting world of Espresso extraction, showing course participants how to pull the perfect shot and steam beautifully silky Flat White milk.
