Refund policy
At Amoret we take our coffee very seriously and a lot of passion goes into developing the flavours and extracting the most out of each and every bean. However, now and again, issues do happen where you are not totally satisfied.
Coffee - We roast small batches, in-house, at our Notting Hill Cafe in London and make sure whatever we sell is as fresh as possible. Being a perishable item, we are unable to accept any returns. We also offer different grind varieties which are ground specifically to your order on the day of dispatch, so please be extremely careful when choosing the roast and grind options. We will only offer a refund if the error has been made on our part regarding the options you have chosen. Please contact us on coffee@amoret.co.uk within 7 days of purchase.
If you are unhappy with the flavour profile, please let us know and we will recommend something closer to what you may be looking for.
